Invest in your teaching partnerships to invest in student success. Our asynchronous professional learning is intentionally designed for co-teaching and consultant teaching partners to learn and complete together, strengthening the collaboration that directly impacts student outcomes.
Each teaching pair receives 20 hours of self-paced, asynchronous coursework that can be completed on a schedule that works best for them. Every teaching pair consists of two educators who complete the training as partners, allowing them to immediately apply new strategies, engage in meaningful discussions, and strengthen their collaborative practice throughout the learning experience.
By learning together, educators build stronger communication, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop practical strategies they can implement immediately to create more effective, student-centered classrooms.
Flexible Scheduling - Participants get access to asynchronous coursework to help accommodate any scheduling priorities or time constraints. If you want this done in a few days, one week, 6-12 weeks, or any time frame at all that fits your educators schedules and makes sense for you, we will tailor the program and timeframe to fit your needs.
Volume Pricing - Our investment model rewards larger cohorts as shown in the chart below. As more co-teaching teams participate, the cost per participant decreases, making it easier and more cost-effective to provide consistent training across schools and grade levels.
Full feedback and support on the training assignments for all teachers in the program during the designated time frame is included.
We are happy to:
Recommend additional add-ons (listed below) to help meet district needs
Customize a rollout plan
Align training with Title II or IDEA funding
Our hope is that districts that start with a lower tier will immediately see the value when they hear feedback from their teachers and schools will want to move to a higher tier or train more people.
Introductory trainings can be credited toward larger plans within the same school year.

Some teaching pairs need an extra push, or positive affirmation that they have met or exceeded expectations from their training. Let's see their training put to work and give them that positive feedback and support when needed.
This allows our team to give our strongest level of support to teaching pairs for classroom implementation after course work and training is complete.
