Flexible Options for Districts

We offer scalable pricing based on your district’s needs.

• Flexible Scheduling - We can accommodate any scheduling priorities or time constraints.  If you want this done in one day, one week, 6-12 weeks, or any time frame at all that fits your educators schedules and makes sense for you, we will tailor the program and timeframe to fit your needs.

• Full feedback and support on the training assignments for all teachers in the program during the designated time frame is included in all training tiers.

Pricing is based on Training Tiers that are established by the total hours of combined training courses and the number of participants involved in the training for your district as noted in the chart below.

• Base → “We want to get started or are teams need a little upgrade”

• Standard (Most Popular) → “We want a significant impact”

• Deep Implementation → “We need to build better consistency across buildings”

We are happy to:

• Recommend the right training tier

• Customize a rollout plan

• Align training with Title II or IDEA funding

🤝 Flexible Partnership Option - Credit Towards Additional Implementation

Our hope is that districts that start with a lower tier will immediately see the value when they hear feedback from their teachers and schools will want to move to a higher tier or train more people.
Introductory trainings can be credited toward larger plans within the same school year.

High-Value Add-Ons Further Supporting Implementation 

The Total Hours listed in the Training Tiers above are based on hours from our available training courses.  

In addition to those training courses, we offer the following high-value add-ons further supporting implementation 

🔹 1. Live Virtual Coaching Sessions 

What it is:

• A member of our team hosts 45 min Google Meet sessions with co-teaching pairs or consultant teaching teams

• Q&A, problem-solving, discuss lessons or lesson plans, give strategies and advice for real classroom issues

Pricing:

• $200 per session
  OR

• Bundle: $800 for 5 sessions

Why this matters:
Ongoing coaching to support teaching pairs for classroom implementation after course work and training is complete is a push that often provides immeasurable impact for teachers and students.

🔹 2. Administrator Training on Collaborative Teaching Practices 

What it is:

• 60 minute session for principals/APs/other administrators

• Focus:

  • What effective co-teaching/consultant teaching looks like

  • What to look for in observations

  • How to support teams

Pricing:

• $350 per session (1-4 administrators) or $500 (5-10 administrators) 

Why this matters:

• Admins help control and create a positive culture.  Buy-in and understanding of these models by admin will further help motivate teachers and help with the culture and mindsets in schools.

• Stronger Consistency and Understanding of the Models During Evaluations

🔹 3. Classroom Observation + Feedback (Recorded Video Lesson)

What it is:

• Teachers submit a 30-60 minute video and lesson plan

• We give structured feedback.

Pricing:

• $300 per team
  OR

• Lower prices for additional videos: Custom Video Bundle with training (multiple videos/multiple teaching teams)

Why this matters:
Teachers submit a 30-60 minute video and lesson plan

• Some teaching pairs need an extra push, or positive affirmation that they have met or exceeded expectations from their training.  Let's see their training put to work and give them that positive feedback and support when needed.  

• This allows our team to give our strongest level of support to teaching pairs for classroom implementation after course work and training is complete.
